At Dungeons and Daddies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your loot. If your items aren't a perfect fit or arrived with a critical failure, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn, unwashed condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
